We Believe

From time to time we are asked exactly what we believe. Our articles speak clearly on this issue, but for where some items may be missed, or for those who like quick reading, here you go!

We Believe...

...that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that no other book is a divine source of truth for the believer.

...that there is One Triune God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

...in the total depravity of man in the fall of Adam - we are all born sinners.

...in Salvation by Grace, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His blood on the cross for the remission of our sins.

...in Eternal security and assurance of the believer. Once we are saved - we are always saved.

...in believers living separate lives from the sin of the world and from false teachings. As the Apostle Paul says, "in the world, but not of it."

...in the Divine establishment and preservation of the Church. Further, I believe in the local church and global church of believers united by the work of the Holy Spirit.

...in the personality of Satan, man's chief enemy and in demons which are fallen angels.

...in the pre-tribulation, pre-millennial coming of Christ and His earthly reign of 1,000 years.

...in a literal Heaven and Hell as the eternal abode of the saved and lost, respectively.
